Hi, I’m Sarah Walker, founder of Wolf Consulting Services. After working in operations for nearly a decade, I launched Wolf Consulting to support other business owners who may not be ready for full-time help, but still need a strategic partner to zoom out, find the next step forward, and build a stronger foundation.

Our first call will be a space for you to share where you’re currently feeling overwhelmed. This gives me a look behind the curtain, where I can see what’s really going on and start figuring out the best path to support you.

Step Two

Personalized Proposal

I’ll provide you with a customized proposal based on your needs - whether that’s a specific service such as payroll and reporting, strategy sessions, or a more integrated approach.

Step Three

Lay of the Land Call

This call is your opportunity to share all the details about your company. How are things currently running? What is costing you the most time and money right now?

We decide our first steps during this call and continue working together until there’s nothing left to do. Just kidding - but there’s ALWAYS something to be done in a small business!
